Musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 6 years of experience working across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. Working with a wide range of injuries and conditions - from acute and traumatic injuries to chronic conditions as well as post-operative rehab. Fortunate enough to be lead physio for several premier rugby and football teams, working with semi-professional and professional athletes on injury prevention, rehab, return-to-play planning, and concussion management. Also worked within the NHS, gaining broad clinical experience and have consulted alongside orthopaedic surgeons in return-to-work planning.
