Everything you need to know, from booking and pricing to what to expect at your first appointment.
Physiotherapy helps people recover from injury, illness, and pain, and it goes further than that too. It's about understanding how your body moves, what's holding it back, and building the kind of strength and resilience that keeps you well for the long term. At its best, physiotherapy doesn't just treat the problem in front of you. It helps you live more fully.
Your physiotherapist will start by taking the time to understand you properly, listening to what you've been experiencing and assessing how your body is moving. From there, they'll work with you to build a treatment plan that's shaped around what you specifically need, usually a combination of hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, and practical guidance you can take away with you.
We have 14 clinics in total, 14 across London, one in Ashley Cross in Poole, and one in Lindfield just outside Haywards Heath. You can find the full list of locations on our clinics page.
Most of our clinics are open Monday to Thursday from 8am until 7pm, Friday from 8am until 4pm, and some are open on Saturdays from 9am. Find your clinic's specific opening hours here.
The easiest way to book is online, whether you're using insurance or paying directly. You can also call or WhatsApp us. Find all the details on our get in touch page.
If you're coming through insurance, bring your insurance details if you haven't already shared them with us. For clothing, it helps to wear something that gives your physiotherapist easy access to the area they'll be treating. For a shoulder, that might mean a vest or loose top. For a knee, a pair of shorts to change into. If you're not sure, just ask when you book and we'll let you know.
