We offer a variety of classes throughout the week. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Full timetable-
Physiotherapy
Expert assessment and hands-on treatment, whether you’re facing a long-standing issue or something that’s come on recently. Your clinician will get to the root of it.
-
Home physiotherapy
Recovery doesn't keep clinic hours, so when getting to us isn't possible, we bring the same care to you instead.
-
Women's health physiotherapy
The female body is always changing. From pregnancy to menopause, to endometriosis and everything in between. We're the UK's biggest women's health team and we're here to listen and help.
-
Pelvic floor physiotherapy
Pelvic floor issues are common and treatable, whether you're experiencing leaking, pressure, pain, or simply want to understand your body better, our team are here to help, with the kind of care that takes what you're going through seriously.
-
Pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy
Pregnancy asks a great deal of the body and so does everything that comes after. From the physical changes, to pelvic floor health and feeling yourself again, our team is here for the whole journey.
-
Pregnancy and postnatal pilates
Pilates can be one of the best things you can do for your body during pregnancy and in the months that follow. The key is doing it safely and at the right pace, which is why all our Pilates instructors are also qualified physiotherapists who listen, learn, and curate personalised pilates sessions around what your body actually needs.
-
Pregnancy massage
A little time that's entirely yours, before everything changes. Our pregnancy massage is safe, gentle, and designed around the particular demands each trimester places on the body.
-
Breastfeeding support
Breastfeeding may be natural, but it isn't always easy, and the gap between how you expected it to feel and how it actually feels can be a difficult one to sit with. We can work with your existing medical team with hands-on treatment and practical guidance for blocked ducts and mastitis, giving you the support that makes a real difference in those early weeks and beyond.
-
Pessary fitting
Pelvic organ prolapse affects around half of all women at some point in their lifetime, and yet it's one of the least talked about conditions we see. A pessary can make a significant difference to how you feel day to day, and our clinicians will take the time to make sure it's the right option for you, fitted carefully, and followed up properly.
-
Menopausal physiotherapy
Menopause and perimenopause bring changes that are real, wide-ranging, and very different from one woman to the next. From pelvic floor health and joint pain to sleep, strength, and sense of self, our team are here to help you understand what's happening and feel better in your body, for the long years ahead.
-
Men's health physiotherapy
A lot of what brings men to us is more common than they expected, and often very treatable. Whether you've been carrying something quietly for years or something has changed recently and you’re not sure if it’s quite right, our team is here to help with handle real care and discretion.
-
Physiotherapy for prostate cancer
Prostate cancer treatment can affect bladder control, bowel function, and sexual function in ways that significantly affect daily life. Our Men’s Health Physiotherapists can help with all of these, and the sooner you start, the more difference it tends to make.
-
Physiotherapy for erectile dysfunction
Erectile dysfunction is common and more often than not, very treatable. Our men's health physiotherapists offer an effective, evidence-based approach that gets to the physical causes and works with you on a treatment plan that makes a real difference.
-
Chronic pelvic pain syndrome
Chronic pelvic pain syndrome is a complex condition, and one that can be difficult to live with. Physiotherapy offers a thorough, whole-body approach that gets to the underlying causes and works with you on lasting relief.
-
Hand & wrist physiotherapy
Whether you are wanting to get back to the stage, to your sport, lifting your children or simply to working at your desk, we are here to help you with any hand, wrist or elbow concerns.
-
Jaw pain (TMJ) physiotherapy
If your jaw's been aching, clicking, or making it hard to enjoy a meal without thinking about it, that's exactly the kind of thing we're here to properly get to the bottom of.
-
Shockwave therapy (ESWT & FSWT)
When a tendon just won't settle, or a pelvic health or postnatal condition needs a bit more support than exercise alone, Shockwave Therapy is one of the ways we help things along.
-
Oncology and cancer care
Cancer treatment changes what your body can do, often in ways beyond the thing it was aimed at. Fatigue, stiffness, a shoulder that doesn't move the way it used to. Our oncology physiotherapists work with you through any stage of this, before, during, or years after treatment, to help you feel more like yourself again.
-
Sports and performance
Whether you're a serious athlete or someone who runs every now and then, sports physio can be a gamechanger. For injury recovery, prevention, and for staying active and doing what you love for longer.
-
Strength and conditioning
Getting back to how you felt is rarely the whole story. This service is built for what comes next.
-
Sports massage
Whatever's brought your body to this point, an event you're training for, a desk you sit at all day, or simply tension that's built up over time, this is a massage built around you.
-
Pilates and classes
From one-to-one sessions to small group classes, Six Physio Pilates is led by physiotherapists and shaped around what you specifically need, whether that's building core strength, recovering from injury, or staying strong through pregnancy and beyond.
-
Equipment pilates classes
There's a moment in Pilates, usually a few weeks in, when a movement that used to take real effort just starts to feel like yours. That's the moment every session here is quietly built towards.
-
Strength and conditioning classes
Physio-led strength and conditioning classes for anyone who wants to move better, build lasting strength, and train with the confidence of having a clinician in your corner.
