Experience

NHS 5 years, Private practice 18 months

About me

Since joining Six Physio in 2016, I’ve specialised in musculoskeletal, women’s health, and men’s health physiotherapy. I help men and women regain confidence and control, treating incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and guiding them through pre- and postnatal care. Pilates is another huge part of my job—I teach machine-based and virtual matwork classes and lead our Pilates training program, mentoring the next generation of instructors to deliver the highest quality care to our patients. My physio journey began in the NHS in 2009, but my thirst for adventure soon took me across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. I’ve skydived, scuba-dived, swum with a pod of 300 dolphins, leaped off canyons, and sampled some truly questionable delicacies in China! After a year in private practice (with a heli-skiing detour in Canada), I found my perfect fit at Six Physio.
