Courteous and professional
I saw Meg for an assessment - she was courteous, professional, very efficient and caring, and she wrote the physio report very quickly. I would recommend Six Physio.

If pain or injury is holding you back, our physiotherapists help restore your strength, movement, and real confidence.
Our home-based programmes help you stay mobile, independent, and safe, whatever stage of the condition you're at.
Whether preparing for surgery or recovering afterwards, we can support you safely, both at home and within our clinic.
We combine balance and strength training with a home risk assessment, helping you move safely with confidence again.
Sometimes physiotherapy is needed at a challenging time. You might be preparing for surgery, recovering from an injury, or finding that pain or reduced mobility makes travelling difficult. Whatever has brought you to us, home physiotherapy allows you to receive expert treatment and support in the comfort of your own surroundings.
You'll always be treated by one of our senior physiotherapists here. We see patients preparing for or recovering from joint replacement and other orthopaedic surgery, people managing complex trauma and multiple fractures, those living with Parkinson's or a stable neurological condition, new mothers rebuilding core strength after birth, and people going through cancer treatment who'd rather save their energy for the session than the journey to reach it. For those who want something more bespoke, we'll happily come to your gym, your pool or your court, and build a plan around the way you actually move and train.
A first visit starts the same way it would in clinic: a proper conversation about how you got here, what worries you, and what you're hoping to get back to, followed by a thorough assessment of your movement, strength and function. We’ll leave you with a clear plan, some exercises to begin straight away, and a shared understanding of what the road ahead looks like. Sessions are usually more frequent to start with, then taper as you rebuild independence, always tailored to how you're actually progressing rather than a fixed timetable.
Being treated at home doesn't mean stepping outside the wider Six Physio team, and it doesn't cost any more either. Within our coverage area, a home visit is priced the same as a clinic appointment, because we believe good care shouldn't come with a premium attached simply for reaching you where you are.
Every home physiotherapy journey starts with a discovery call, and it's really just a conversation. We want to understand your symptoms, of course, but also what's been going on around them, so we can be confident home physiotherapy is genuinely the right fit for you. From there, we'll talk through your options together, answer whatever's on your mind, and help arrange an appointment.
Our prices vary depending on whether you see a physiotherapist or senior physiotherapist. You can book through insurance or pay directly on our website, whichever works best for you.

No. Within our coverage area, a home visit costs the same as a clinic appointment.
Most people, yes. So long as they only need one physiotherapist for their post-operative, injury, or neurological issues, we have the expertise.
For some more complex needs, involving two physiotherapists, such as significant stroke recovery or situations that call for two physiotherapists working together, we can signpost you to the right help.
We bring the equipment we need, adapt your space to suit the session, and help you find ways to keep exercising independently between visits.
Where possible, yes. If a clinic physiotherapist you already see is treating you at home temporarily, such as after surgery, you'll simply return to them once you're ready for clinic visits again. If you've come to us through our dedicated home team, we'll properly introduce you to the clinic physiotherapist you'll go on to see, brief them fully, and stay in touch ourselves for as long as you need us. We will want to know how you are doing.
Yes, always. It isn't a job we give to anyone starting out.
Across a large part of central London and the surrounding area. Get in touch and we'll confirm whether you're within reach.
It depends entirely on what you're recovering from. As a guide, someone recovering from a total knee replacement is typically seen three times a week for the first three weeks, twice weekly for the following two, then weekly for a month, with a check-up around the three-month mark. We'll talk you through what's realistic for you at your first visit.
Get in touch and we'll come back to you quickly. We know how hard it can be to get a straight answer from a busy medical system, and part of what we offer is being an easy, reassuring person to ask.
