Most recently I worked as a Fitness Assistant at the community fitness centre in Aurora, Ontario, Canada supporting clients with exercise programs, appointments, and front-of-house admin duties. Additionally, I have over 8 years of hospitality experience where I have worked as a server, bartender, hostess, and barista in many restaurant settings.
About me
I have built my experience across hospitality, customer service, and fitness, always focusing on creating a positive experience for the customers and my coworkers. I started out in restaurants as a server and bartender, where I learned how to stay calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and keep customers happy in fast-paced environments.
More recently, I worked as a fitness centre assistant, where I supported members by showing them exercises, helping design programs, and managing appointments and memberships. I also handled email, phone, and in-person enquiries, while making sure the centre stayed welcoming and organised.
