About me

I have worked in two private practice's in Auckland New Zealand, treating a range of patients from different ages and stages of rehabilitation. I have completed additional training in Chronic Pain Management and Oncology Cancer rehabilitation throughout my years of physiotherapy practice. I bring a gentle and caring approach to pain management of acute injuries, and returning to function and activity. I am a keen sports player, so I have a good understanding of competitive sports and how an injury can be a hindrance.

I am motivated to get the root cause of injuries, and provide the best evidence based care to ensure injuries do not return, and patients return to their best selves.
