About me

Growing up and playing a variety of sports during my childhood in Zimbabwe, I now bring a strong background in Strength & Conditioning to my role as a physiotherapist. Since joining Six Physio, I’ve been able to combine these two disciplines, developing expertise within our Performance Physiotherapy service and building an approach that bridges rehabilitation and performance.

I enjoy working with active individuals and athletes of all levels, supporting them through every stage of their journey—from injury prevention and rehabilitation to return to sport and performance enhancement. My focus is on helping people not only recover from injury but also develop the strength, movement quality and physical qualities required to perform at their best, in competitive sport or everyday hobbies.

Performance physiotherapy is the area I’m most passionate about and where I’m continuing to develop my specialist skills, combining physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles to help people move better and perform better.
