About me

My professional background has primarily been within the charity and community support sector, with a strong focus on disability services and humanitarian support. I have worked closely with young adults with disabilities, facilitating independent living and empowering them to confidently navigate London while ensuring their care, wellbeing, and logistical needs were fully supported. This role required strong communication, organisation, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to adapt support to individual needs.

Alongside this, I have worked within humanitarian organisations and NGOs in front-desk and administrative support roles, managing enquiries, coordinating information, supporting day-to-day operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for service users and staff. These positions strengthened my administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings.

In addition to my main roles, I also freelance as an Assistant Producer for a radio show. This has developed my confidence in communication, public engagement, organisation, and working under pressure, while keeping me engaged with current affairs, politics, and debate. Across all of my experience, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, adaptability, and a people-focused approach to work.
