The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is that if you never try, you’ll never know whether something could become a success. Even when things don’t go as planned, it’s never truly a failure there is always something to learn from the experience. This mindset has encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, embrace new opportunities, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

I think one of my greatest strengths is my ability to truly listen to people without judgement and make them feel understood and supported. I naturally create a safe and reassuring environment where people feel comfortable opening up, which is especially important in pelvic health and women’s health. I’m also someone who gives thoughtful and honest advice while remaining empathetic. My friends often say I’m the person they call when they need support or simply someone who will genuinely listen.

If I had two days fully dedicated to rest and recuperation, I would start with a reformer Pilates class followed by a long lunch outside on a sunny terrace. I’d then spend the afternoon reading a book in the park without thinking about the time or checking my phone too much. In the evening, I’d keep things simple with a quick dinner before meeting friends at the pub. The next day, I would allow myself to sleep in properly, then spend time cooking a nice homemade meal. I’d also go for a run to clear my mind and finish the day with a trip to the cinema. For me, the perfect balance of rest includes movement, good food, time outdoors, and quality moments with friends.
