Experience

After graduating from University of Otago, I began my career in a private practice in my hometown of Invercargill, New Zealand, where I worked for two years before taking on locum roles across Australia. I then moved to the UK, where I have worked over the past year before joining Six Physio in September.

My experience includes musculoskeletal physiotherapy, aged care, post-operative rehabilitation and outpatient care. I have also worked with both men’s and women’s rugby teams, providing pitch-side care, injury management and rehabilitation. This variety of experience has allowed me to develop a broad clinical skill set and an adaptable approach to patient care.

About me

After graduating in 2021, I returned to my hometown of Invercargill, New Zealand where I spent two years working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. Alongside my MSK caseload, I gained experience in aged care and post-operative physiotherapy, as well as working with club and age-group rugby teams.

The diverse experiences early in my career gave me a strong clinical foundation and the confidence to take on locum work in Australia. Here I worked across a variety of roles and settings in small rural communities in Victoria, South Australia and Queensland, expanding my experience and developing an adaptable approach to patient care.

I moved to London in 2025, excited to continue growing as a clinician and build on my experience. Outside of work, I’m passionate about sport, travel and staying active. I particularly enjoy bringing this interest into my approach to rehabilitation, helping patients build confidence to return to the activities they love.
