About me

Since completing my Physiotherapy degree in 2014 I have always worked in MSK, both in private practice and the NHS. I treat a wide range of conditions, including traumatic and degenerative, as well as acute and chronic pain. Over the years I have developed a special interest in women’s health, continuing my professional development to specialize in this area. I am passionate about helping women with pre and post natal conditions, urinary dysfunctions, prolapse, and menopause symptoms. My goal is to support and guide them through their fitness journey at any stage of life, including during pregnancy and in safely returning to sport afterward. Additionally, I am a qualified APPI Matwork Pilates Instructor and I enjoy incorporating Pilates principles into my treatment plans.
