About me

My background includes NHS work in specialist neuro-rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic cases. Alongside this, I have experience in private clinic work and pitch-side physiotherapy. My work includes assessment and rehabilitation of people with neurological conditions, orthopaedic and sporting injuries, and persistent pain, across inpatient, community and outpatient settings. I am also a qualified yoga instructor, which informs my approach to movement quality, breathing, and body awareness. I have supported a wide range of clients with pain, injury and movement difficulties, and have particular interest in complex and persistent presentations where confidence and control are affected. I hold a BSc in Biology and MSc in Physiotherapy, and have worked in a clinical research role prior to my physiotherapy training, this underpins my evidence-based, and outcomes-focused approach to practice.
