About me

Working background: I first developed an interest in physiotherapy after sustaining a few injuries during my ballet training. After graduating, naturally I decided to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Prior to joining SIX, I worked in an MSK outpatient clinic treating NHS patients. I have experience in managing a wide range of conditions including acute injuries, post-op rehabilitation and chronic pain. Movement is the best medicine! I enjoy using strength and conditioning and Pilates to help patients achieve their goals.
