Experience

Elite level sport in professional and university teams. Private practice working with musculoskeletal injuries and Female pelvic health

About me

I began my physio career working at Leicester Tigers RFC and Loughborough University within the performance sport program. Whilst at Loughborough, I worked with national and university teams including men's and women's rugby, netball, tennis, cricket, hockey, swimming, athletics, and basketball.

I went on to complete a masters in Physiotherapy and moved to London as an MSK physio and Women's Health physio, helping people to recover from injuries and pelvic health conditions as well as during pregnancy and post-partum.

I grew up swimming competitively, competing at national level events and have recently turned my focus toward triathlon, completing my first Ironman 70.3 in May 2025. My love for sport is what first introduced me to physiotherapy as a profession and I truly love helping people recover from injury and back to sport.
