About me

After retiring as a gymnast, I wanted to remain closely involved in the sport and fitness industry. From a young age, I have always been passionate about expanding my understanding of sports medicine, which led me to obtain a degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation. Having personally experienced sports injuries throughout my gymnastics career, I developed a strong interest in helping others recover from injury and return to sport safely and confidently. This passion has continued throughout my career, particularly through supporting rehabilitation and recovery using machine-based Pilates. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to help patients of all ages and abilities, from gymnasts to members of the general population, supporting them in improving movement, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
