Experience

Clinic Manager and Senior Physio/ Women’s health Physio at Bodyset for 4 years Marylebone Physio as a Senior Physio NHS rotational role

About me

With over 10 years of experience in private practise, I have dedicated my career to supporting women through every stage of life. Early in my career, I developed a passion for women's health physiotherapy and have since specialised in helping women move with confidence, reduce pain and return to the exercise they love.

I have a particular passion for supporting women living with endometriosis and persistent pelvic pain. My approach focuses on understanding the whole person rather than treating symptoms, helping women better understand their bodies while addressing the many factors that can contribute to pain and dysfunction.

I particularly enjoy working with women through pregnancy and the postnatal period, guiding them safely back to exercise and their desired level of function. Alongside this, I have worked with high level strength and conditioning athletes as well as dancers and long distance runners, for example. I am a Clinical Pilates instructor and I integrate Pilates principles into rehabilitation whenever appropriate.I find this especially valuable in pelvic health, where improving movement, breathing, core function and pelvic floor co-ordination can have a significant impact on recovery, bladder and bowel health and overall wellbeing.
