Experience

I worked as a MSK and biomechanics physiotherapist as well as a clinical Pilates instructor in a private practice in a regional town of Australia.

About me

I worked in a private practice where I was fortunate enough to manage a very diverse case load involving a varying range of sports injuries, biomechanics cases, neurological conditions and clinical pilates. I have also worked for AFL and Rugby teams helping with injury prevention and management. Pilates is such a big love of mine that I also worked for a private commercial studio for some extra experience and fun. I have now moved to the UK for a change of scenery, learn new things and see more of the world.
