About me
My career has centred on operations and commercial leadership across multi-site, customer-facing businesses. Starting out as an executive assistant for a property developer, I moved into an area operations role before changing industries. Taking a leap, I founded and scaled my own franchise business with Laser Clinics UK, building it from the ground up - recruiting and developing teams, setting the standards for customer experience, and driving growth through referral and reputation. My passion is in the customer journey - I love to hear when patients have an incredible experience!

Too hard to pinpoint, but Alley Cats' pepperoni with hot honey is a strong London contender.

Not take myself too seriously, and laugh at my own jokes!

What's your go-to karaoke song?
Killing Me Softly (the Fugees version). Someone once told me I'd ruined their favourite song by singing it, so I take the title quite literally.

Summer: beach and padel. Winter: couch and snacks
