Ski Physio Neilson Holidays

About me

After graduating in 2017, I headed to the Alps for a short stint working with Ski Physio, then stayed for the summer working for Neilson Holidays. I then returned home and built experience across both the NHS and the world of sports physiotherapy. Blending my love for women’s sport and rehab, I joined Chelsea FC Women Academy, where I’ve been responsible for keeping girls aged 12–16 match-fit and injury-free. I still work there in a sessional role and love being part of such an inspiring environment. I have a huge passion for working with children and supporting sporting individuals of all levels – whether that’s helping young athletes stay on the pitch or guiding people back to what they love doing most. In 2025, I completed my Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine, researching the link between ankle injuries and ACL injuries. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running – I make it a yearly tradition to complete a half marathon abroad. I’ve also recently caught the bug for padel and golf!
