Working in private practice as manual physiotherapist for eleven years. Before that, physiotherapist in the public healthcare for a year.

About me

I have years of experience working with athletes, including professional football, handball and volleyball players. I helped multiple musical actors quickly go back on stage. For years, I was collaborating with the biggest Cuban salsa dance school in Warsaw to provide ongoing physiotherapy treatments and stabilisation exercises as a supplementary practice for dancing training. I was working in tandem with well-respected neurosurgeons to create both pre- and postoperative treatment plans for patients with spine problems. However, my high-level goal is always to prevent surgery in the first place. My interest in different types of movement problems resulted in completing multiple courses (Maitland Concept, Dry Needling, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Kinesiology Taping and more) to expand the variety of my treatment techniques.
