About me

I have been a physio at Ashley Cross for over 20 years and have experience with sports. Sailing, cycling and dancing (especially classical ballet) are my special areas of interest and I have lots of golfers on my client list who keep me busy! I am a manual therapist and love hands on treatment but will also treat holistically and look at strength and posture to provide rehabilitation and protect against further injury. I use Pilates as home exercise and run Reformer Classes at Parkstone. I can also use acupuncture in my treatments where needed. I am a Mum of 2 teenage dancers and love to help Mums pre and post natal with pain and strengthening. I also have special interest in TMJ issues which can also be linked to stress and posture. I personally have hypermobility and so a special understanding of this and how to help cope with this interesting condition.
