About me

Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University in 2018. Since then, she has developed a broad range of clinical experience across private practice, aged care, and sporting team environments. Through her work with diverse population groups, Stephanie has developed strong skills in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and management. She has also undertaken further professional development, completing training in APPI Pilates, dry needling, and APA spinal courses in Australia. Stephanie has a special interest in managing sporting injuries, spinal pain, pilates based rehabilitation, women's health and pre- and post-operative management. In 2025, Stephanie relocated to London to advance her career in the private physiotherapy sector, where she continues to expand her clinical expertise and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs.
