About me

After graduating with a Diploma in Teaching Dance, I taught ballet, for many years, in both England and Australia, I moved to Dubai to work as Cabin Crew for Emirates. This is where my love for Pilates and all its benefits began. So, upon returning to the UK, I decided to further my career by training to become a certified Stott Pilates.
