Experience

Townsville, Australia- I worked in a small country town in Australia for 2 years following my graduation. I then moved to london where I worked in the NHS for nearly 5 years. Following this I returned to Australia and worked in a private practice for nearly 2 years, and now I am back in London.

About me

With nine years of experience as a physiotherapist, I have had the opportunity to work across a wide range of clinical settings in both Australia and the United Kingdom. I began my career in a small regional Australian town, where I treated a diverse caseload including sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, vestibular disorders, and patients returning to work and sport. This broad experience provided a strong foundation in delivering personalised, evidence-based care.

I then moved to London, where I spent almost four years working in musculoskeletal outpatient clinics. During this time, I also worked within a Post COVID rehabilitation service, supporting patients with complex recovery needs, and had the opportunity to assist in leading a small clinical team.

After returning to Australia, I continued working in private practice, helping people with sports injuries, chronic pain, vestibular conditions, return-to-work and return-to-sport rehabilitation, as well as veterans and participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). During this time, I also worked as the physiotherapist for a representative netball team, providing on-court injury management, rehabilitation, and travelling with the team to competitions.

I am passionate about helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them. I enjoy working collaboratively with each patient to develop practical, individualised treatment plans that support their goals, improve their quality of life, and build confidence in their recovery.
