Hello, I've had pain in my hip and glute for 8 weeks and the pain hasn't gone away. I've had an MRI on my lumbar and sacral and it's come back clear so not sure what the issue is. How much do you charge for physio and is this something you can help me with?

Hi Gulen Absolutely- having a normal MRI is a good start.It shows you that there is nothing structurally wrong - but it's what you are doing to your back/pelvis/hip which is the issue. Solve this with rehab - be coached into moving better, getting stronger with greater control and you'll be good to go. Initial hour session with assessment, diagnosis, treatment is £102.
