Carmelita has annulated tears at L4/L5 & L5/S1 so the guru recommends some of our videos

Q&A
After having spasms in my right buttock for 6 months I had an MRI. It shows I have Grade 1 annulated tears at L4/L5 and L5/S1 and facet joint degeneration.
How can I help this heal and strengthen without having to resort to surgery?

Hi Carmelita
A lot easier than you would expect.
You can't speed the healing time up but you're proving to be very good at slowing it down.
If you therefore stop doing things to your back which slows the healing time down, you'll start to improve.
There are some really easy, simple things here in these back pain videos which will make a big, long term difference.
Just don't expect to feel a dramatic change overnight....
