This year our Clinics are open for new injuries the majority of the festive season.

For all our regulars, don’t forget to pre-book your Pilates classes, your Sports massage treat and any essential Physio sessions.

• Open until 1pm Tuesday 24^th December
• Closed 25^th until 29^th December inclusive
• Open from 8am 30^th & 31^st December
• Closed New Year’s Day
• Normal hours resume Thurs 2^nd January
