David asks the Guru if physio is the first port of call for an ankle niggle

Q&A
Hi
I've recently had a few races and seem to have picked up a niggle in my right ankle. I've given it a few weeks to sort itself and whilst its better I'm not convinced its something that will fix itself.
Am I best placed to see a doctor first, or given I can freely walk on it suggesting nothing is broken and so not something warranting seeing a doctor for, is this something your team are qualified to deal with in the first instance?
Regards
David

Hi David
Absolutely the type of thing where we should be the first port of call.
We can establish what's wrong, why and what needs to be done.

Ready when you are
Book with a specialist who’ll take the time to understand what’s actually going on and stay with you until it’s properly sorted.
