Hi there, I have EDS III and really need some help with pretty much all of my joints! I've seen an MSK specialist who has recommended physio-lead/clinical pilates. Is this something you can do? I'm a bit afraid of the gym and the pain any exercise has caused me over the last few years but I really want to get out of this deconditioned rut. Let me know if you can help. I'm a medical student so I really need to do something intense now to try to sustain my studies and future (demanding) career.
