Hi I'm having pain when I lift heavy weights.  Never used to have this. When i do bench press, i get a searing pain in my left shoulder, the back of the arm.  Even at weights that are easy.  no pain any other time there. When i do split squats, i get some knee pain as well. Then elbow pain when i do pull-ups

Sounds like everything hurts - might be a great opportunity to try something else for a while. If you’ve dropped the weight right, right, right down and so can’t even do a bench press etc with no weight then go for a run, a swim or bike. Or you’ve got to really improve your flexibility and form. I’d go for the latter. The Guru
