Hi I felt some discomfort in my hamstring today after running and noticed that there was a small bump in the left hand side of my right hamstring what should I do?

Hi Alex Sounds like a small ping in your hammie. So give it a tiny bit of respect to allow it to heal pronto. Rest for the next 2 days - then start some gentle stretching and bridging and squats then have an easy recovery run (run/walk for a minute on/off) and see how you feel at the weekend. All being good you should be good to respectfully return to running. The Guru
