Hi,
I'm a little confused by the list of services on your website.
I believe I have hamstring tendinopathy but not sure which type of physio is best for this.
Could you please help?

Hi Sam
Start with a manual therapist - who’ll confirm the diagnosis and then go about finding out why you’ve got an issue with your hammie - no point just treating a high hamstring tendinopathy without fully understanding how you got it - it’ll just reoccur.
The manual physio will then get you to see a rehab physio who’ll also confirm what’s up and why (2 heads are better than 1) and their treatment is purely gym based as you’ll need a rehab program that you can understand and do at home.
Right person doing the right job - not just someone doing a bit of everything. Rehab is king but it must be specific for your needs.
