Kelly asked The Guru for the following Physiotherapy Advice: Hi - I have recently started numerous exercise classes to get fit & loose weight. After boxercise and boot camp my hips ache for days. If you hold your hands on your hips each side thats where I get pain, if I have sat for a while its numb painfully when I stand. What stretches etc would you suggest to help ease this pain (I understand no pain no gain) Thanks

Hi Kelly Thanks for the question. Is it hip pain or hip ache? Deep inside or on the surface? If you lie on your side when it's painful will it make it worse or no change? Any back pain or stiffness? Let me know as I've got a few ideas....
