Hi there, I've hurt my back. Yesterday I was following a 15 minute Joe Wicks HIIT session (on YouTube), and while I was doing burpees I landed awkwardly after the jump and felt a pain in my lower back. The pain is lingering, and while I am able to move it's painful. Can you advise what action I should/could take? I'm sticking to gentle stretches and Feldenkrais lessons today. Best wishes, Dewi.

Hi Dewi - sounds like a good plan. Do take some anti inflams (if you can) and keep on with the active rest (doing something and not avoiding activity). Give it another 24/48 hours and you’ll be good to go. The Guru
