Hi guru I've having headache for past 4 days it's like tension in back of my head it's getting worse not better it's Persistent I've been having pins and needles down my left arm and hand to any ideas what it could be Thank you

Hi Katie Sounds like you've got an issue with your neck. Up To 70% of headaches are neck related and very much driven by poor postural sets, especially at work. Make sure your work station is set up as per this video Try to get more mobility in your thoracic spine by using a foam roller Definitely give this stretch a blast And use the extra mobility during the day. Ibuprofen (if you can take them & follow the packet's instructions) should also help The Guru
