Hi, My knee feels fine, but if I put any force on the inner side of my knee cap I get a weird tingly sensation. It isnt causing me pain day-to-day but whenever I push on it / catch it I get the feeling. It is only in one small spot on the top right side of my left knee cap, just on the side of the patella. Hi Tom Anything tingly is often associated with nerve conductivity, and what you’ve discovered is that you can poke the infrapatella branch of your saphenous nerve. We’re all very slightly anatomically different, and so this is your one man party trick!
