Hi, I felt a slight ping in my left knee when running up hill... but still ran another 5 miles no pain. That evening pain under the knee cap, when bending & driving pushing down on clutch very uncomfortable..

Karen Patient
Hi Karen Think of it like you’ve given yourself a blister on the backside of your kneecap due to the hill running. You know something the same but different! Whenever you bend down or flex your knee and contract your quads the blister is squashed between the back of the kneecap and the front of your thigh. Give it a few days to allow the “blister” to settle down and you’ll be good to go. Every time you provoke it then it’ll stay irritated and painful. Chill!
