I have a small complex  radial tear, posterior horn, medial meniscus. Can physio  make this  asymptomatic, or just reduce symptoms? How will the physio affect a full return to moderate/long distance running? Likelihood of surgery? Thanks

Hi Kenny Always treat the man and not the scan You've got some really nice diagnostic wording but no information about what you actually feel right now, why you were scanned, what you'd like to do and what you currently can/can't do. All the things you mention are absolutely possible - in a variety of combinations, and some not so! Fill in the gaps for me The Guru
