Hi Nash Sounds as if the op did what it was meant to do, but it sounds as if the infrapatella branch of your saphenous nerve has been tethered, most likely due to the stitches. Not very common, but is always a possibility as the scar is so near the anatomy. It shouldn’t be a problem – go the easy route and stretch the tissue to local to it. Hold for 40-50 seconds and alter the amount of knee bend when you are stretching. Try to do it in a weightbearing (squatting with one leg up on the table) position. Should feel better with 5 dats of doing this a few times a day. If it gets worse….stop! The Guru
