Guru, I've watched all your videos on Facebook but I have ongoing sacroiliac pain due to sitting down for 5 months and not getting up much. Do you have a video for that?? Not getting better. Thanks, Nic

Whilst you may have pain in your SIJ region I very much doubt that you're SIJ is to blame for the pain - and so probably doesn't need treating...in fact I'd go as far to say that without a direct traumatic event/pregnancy your SIJ will never be an issue. Instead think of it as simple back pain which happens to "refer" over your SIJ. Do the simple things well - get your thoracic spine moving and increase your gluteal stability.
