Hi, I got a shooting pain in my right lower back this morning & it has now spread to the side & front of the hip bone. I'm at work in SE5 9NY but none of your clinics are close to my work or home and I'm not in a position to travel/drive.
Are there any primary exercises/reasons for a pain like this so I can try managing it myself?
