For a couple of weeks I had a stiff neck on the right. Now the pain has moved to the top of my spine and the bottom of my head. The pain is really very bad and it has occurred twice now at night time. It is like a grabbing of a round circle in the bottom of my neck with shooting pains. I have been to the doctor about this neck when it was a lesser degree and the doctor done nothing. I do have TMJ and I wonder if this could occur at the bottom of the head too or if it is something else. Thank you
