What is the best treatment for middle back pain caused by a strained diaphragm please?
A
Anne Patient
Hi Anne You've got to trust me when I'm telling you that you don't have a strained diaphragm....might feel like one, might have been told that's what you've got - but you ain't! You're feeling pain referred from your cervical spine, not your diaphragm. Go back to basics - get your thoracic spine moving better, learn to control your head on neck posture and be aware of what you need to do to not only feel better, but also get better - long term. I'd start here... try some of this, add a little of this and then this The Guru
