I wish to praise the dedication and skill of Ria Atkins of Six Monument, who has cared for my right shoulder rotator cuff injury both in prehab in the autumn of 2014 and in about 20 pilates rehab classes since January 2015.

She is always timely, friendly, and focuses on the right exercises and postures for maximum results. I have had a breakthrough in pain reduction and mobility in the past 2 weeks on what I feared would not improve in one important range of shoulder movement.

Also, the sessions have a big impact on my core. I am totally sold. Many thanks to Ria.
