Please can you tell me what I need to do to make my calf muscles strong as they get pulled so easily while playing cricket.

Calf raises! Stand on a step on 1 leg. Heel hanging over the step and go up onto tip toe, then slowly lower down. If you can do 50 of these - you're rocking the strength vibe and perhaps it's something else. Do it with a straight knee and with a bent knee. The Guru
