Charlotte asked the Guru: Hi there, I have increasing pain in the front of my shins - I'm unsure if it is shin splints or something worse. I bought a foam roller recently and have been rolling out my legs - could it be related to that?

Hi Charlotte Depends on a few other things too... Are you running? Have you changed shoes, distance, speed or on what or where you're running? If so I think these could be more likely. Rollering is meant to make you feel better, not worse! Give me a heads up and I'm sure i can be more precise! ....really sorry for the delay
