Well, if it’s “only now and then” be sensible give it a few days and you’ll be feeling much better. If you really want to find a much longer term, normal solution then don’t expect immediate results. First up looks at your form - it can’t be right. You’re strengthening some muscles but allowing others to weaken as the quality of what you do is being over ridden by quantity. Second, improve (as always) your thoracic mobility - the more you have, the better your form. And finally do some work which is stability, low load based work which’ll allow you to lift more, and possibly give a little on your form.
