I have a small lump in the palm of my right hand (below the second finger) - my GP thinks that it's tendonitis.
Would physio help at all? Are there any exercises I could do that would help to reduce the swelling?
It's not painful but it does ache from time to time.

It may well be something like that - let me hook you up with Alex who’s in charge of all the hand therapies.
Alex replies:
If it is tendinitis then specific exercises can indeed help yes. It may well be worth having an assessment with myself as treating issues in the hand always have a better outcome the sooner we start.
