I had an MRI on my neck and I have trapped nerves between the 3rd/4th/5th vertebrae. Is there any physiotherapy I can get or should I have steroid injections between the vertebrae?

Hi Michael Absolutely start off going down the non-invasive decent Physio and decent rehab route. If this fails then up the ante and consider a more invasive approach. Whilst epidural (steroid) have some proven benefit in treating neck/arm pain, with multiple level disc issue there will be a structural issue that will need addressing too, which the injection can’t but physio can.
